Also I posted a fic on AO3 on New Year's. A belated Christmas fic that is even more belated for me to make a post about it now that it is after Valentine's Day. But it still hasn't breached the double digits in hits so I wanted to share it on here in the hopes that it will someday reach the double digits (or maybe even the triple digits if we're feeling ambitious).

It's called Operation: Christmas Date and it's another Makina x Kasuga fic in the same universe as Operation: Wingman (I'm thinking of doing a theme naming thing where all of the fics I write in the same universe as Operation: Wingman have "Operation" in the title because why not).

Mostly fluff. Some angst. Might get a little too real at one point for some folks, but for the most part it's just a short little fic about a ship that deserves more love like WTF what's a Kasuga gotta do to get some G around here?

#4 Peaky P-key

Okay, so #4 and #3 can switch depending on my mood because I love both of them. I love Peaky P-key so much! The manga about how they formed was so cute. I also love how even though they’re shown as the popular rival unit in the First Mix anime, they’re all really kind to the members of Happy Around!!

#3- Lyrical Lily

They are so cute I love them so much!! I love their relationship with each other and with members outside their unit (my favorite being Saori + Miyu, not as a ship obviously). I love how chaotic Miiko and Kurumi are as well, they’re the silliest ever <3 And Haruna and Miyu’s relationship is amazing, while they’re a popular pairing I find them underrated compared to the other popular ships, especially seeing as they’re semi-canon.

Also they’re the reason I got into d4dj!! I saw they covered the School-Live op so I was like “okay I need this game”

With the bottom 8 girls having settled for the last 4 spots, it's time now for the main event. We begin our 6 week journey in earnest now as the full bracket opens up.

Last year's runner up Tsubaki has dropped down to the #4 spot, can she make another run at the championship or is her slide a sign of an early knockout?

Meanwhile last year's Cinderella Kokoa, who made a run from her #27 spot all the way to the region final, finds herself with a much higher #16 spot. Wil that higher ranking turn into another run, maybe even to the championship? It'll mean going through Kyoko, her eliminator and new top dog, much earlier in the tournament.

Or will a new Cinderella rise from the lower ranks to challenge one of the top spots?

It’s been 84 years...

...and people are still sleeping on Makina x Kasuga, wtf?

Like I’ve (mostly) come to terms with the fact that a lot of my ships are rare ships and I don’t expect to see content of them every day, but... this is one instance where I cannot comprehend the lack of content for this ship. Like, I know Deadman Wonderland doesn’t exactly have the most active fandom, but bruh. Big tiddy femdom prison guard waifu and cutesy glasses-wearing lesbian assistant. I am just... amazed that it is so hard to find fan-made content of these two, when you can literally describe them in this way. You’d think that would at least tick off a few weebs’ fetishes, if not more wholesome fan content. But somehow there is virtually none of either.

Is it because no one knows Kasuga’s name? I’ve wondered about that before. It isn’t mentioned much in the anime, I don’t think. And on TVTropes when talking about the Les Yay between the two, Kasuga is only referred to as “[Makina’s] assistant,” so... yeah. I’m starting to think that maybe that’s why.

So here’s an important post for everyone who even remotely likes Deadman Wonderland:

This woman’s name is Kyoko Kasuga, and she has a big dumb crush on her big tiddy femdom prison guard boss, pass it on.

(Also I would love to see a colored version of blonde Kasuga from the manga, because I have a hard time imagining her with blonde hair. I’m so used to seeing her as a brunette)
